Items before shipping: You can cancel your order by pressing the cancel button on the website.

Items after shipping: Unopened items can be refunded or exchanged for items of equal or lesser value only if you contact the customer support center (kanjihunterofficial@gmail.com) within 10 days of the arrival of the item. We do not accept returns or exchanges of items after opening.

Delivery Times:

Welcome to KH Japan Tours. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

• All tours must be booked in advance through our official website email (kanjihunterofficial@gmail.com) or approved platforms (Ecwid, Google Calendar, WhatsApp Business).

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

• Prices are listed in Japanese yen and include guiding services only unless stated otherwise.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. However, each booking requires advance preparation and scheduling. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to kanjihunterofficial@gmail.com. Refunds, if any, will be processed within 14–30 days to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees or non-recoverable costs (such as third-party bookings or payment processing fees).

Cancellation Fees by Timeline

• More than 60 days before the tour date: Full refund minus a non-refundable deposit/administration fee of 25%. The deposit can be converted into a credit voucher for a future tour (valid for 12 months, non-transferable).

• 31 to 60 days before the tour date: 50% refund of the total amount paid (or the full deposit is retained as a credit voucher for a future tour).

• 15 to 30 days before the tour date: No cash refund. The full amount paid will be retained as a credit voucher for a future tour (valid for 12 months, non-transferable).

• 14 days or fewer before the tour date, or no-show: 100% non-refundable. No credit voucher issued.

Always Non-Refundable

• Any third-party costs already incurred (e.g., tickets, reservations, permits).

• Booking/handling/processing fees.

• Bookings made under special promotions or discounted rates.

Exceptions

At our sole discretion, we may offer a partial refund or full credit in cases of documented serious illness, family emergency, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters or government restrictions that prevent the tour from operating). We strongly recommend that all clients purchase travel insurance for full protection.

Important Notes

• We reserve the right to cancel the tour and issue a full refund if the minimum number of participants is not met or if circumstances beyond our control arise.

• Full payment is due 60 days before the tour, unless otherwise agreed upon. Late payments may result in the booking being forfeited without refund.

• This policy forms part of the booking terms and conditions. By making a payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

• These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

4. Participant Responsibilities

• Please arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Delays of more than 20 minutes may shorten the tour or be considered a no-show.

• Tours involve walking through public areas, temples, gardens, and natural paths. Participants must be able to walk unaided for the tour duration.

• Please inform us in advance of any allergies, health conditions, or mobility needs.

5. Group Size & Private Tours

• Standard tours are small-group experiences (1– 6 participants unless otherwise arranged).

• Larger private group options are available upon request and may require custom pricing and itinerary.

6. Photography & Social Media

• You are welcome to take photos during the tour. We may also take photos (with your permission) for use on our social media or website.

• If you prefer not to be photographed, please let your guide know.

All personal information collected during booking (e.g., name, email, dietary needs) is kept strictly confidential and used only to communicate tour details or relevant updates.

8. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure your safety, Kanji Hunter is not liable for:

• Any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the tour

• Delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, transport issues, or third-party actions

We recommend purchasing your own travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and theft/loss.
